Ana is completing a MA in History at the University of Porto (Faculdade de Letras). In September 2022, she joined the research project FALCO – Hypothesising Human-Animal Relations in Medieval Portugal, as a short-term stipendiary scholar. Her research covers the sephardic community, Jews in the middle ages, healthcare, and antissemitism. She has published ‘Crime e castigo: criminalidade judaica no reinado de D. João II’, Omni Tempore – Encontros da Primavera (2022).
